ግሙ ቆጮ እንኳን ልትበላው ስትሰማውም ያቅለሸልሻል። ግሙ ጉራጌ የገማ ምግብ አሪፍ ነው ብሉ ይለናል። ደሞ አያፍርም።

It honestly looks disgusting. It exactly looks like a Cow Dung, fully dried cow dung. የላም እበት ደረቅ ኩበት። Imagine how it would stink smelling if thrown into fire.ከኩበት ጭስ ይገማል
I did not want to be judgmental, for scarcity of food forces people to eat anything around to survive, if not to nutritionally triumph. But, Wurage's Qocho is not something one needs to mention it a food. Wurage copied the Korowai people of West Papua who eats stem of sago palm tree, but they made completely disgust looking.

ቆማጣ አማራ are the most idiot beings in the world. They drop like flies due to famine through out the history of the country. The reason they don’t mix diet. The reason taboo due to their backward religion stuck on old testament and tradition.
Teff has degraded the land they live on and deforestation due to the wood they burn to cook injera.
Ethiopia is going no where due to Amhara chauvinism and their backward culture + food!
Here is Enset plant the hope of feeding the famine prone also providing greenery in the backyard.
Enset has to be widely planted in Ethiopia for sure with climate change to battle famine! The low IQ ቆምጬ በረሃብ ያልቃሉ እንጂ they won’t change because they are fossilized !

ይሄ ሞላጫ Qodie ኪስ አውላቂ ውራጌ አበሻ ሱቅ መደርደሪያ ላይ ያለ ማኛጤፍ እንጀራ ሙልጭ አድርጎ ተሽቀዳድሞ እየወሰደ፤ ሽሮ እና በርበሬ ሸምቶ ሰርቶ እየበላ አሁን በአደባባይ ይቀጥፋል። አይ ውራጌ! አይ ውራጌ! ከምግብ ገበታው ላይ ውሸት እንደ dissert ካላደረጉበት አይጠግቡም።
But, the US Custom and FDA certified Injera, Doro-Wat, Shire, Berbere, Abesha Spice are great. But, not Wurage's side food- ጫት
ወልቅጤ ከተማ ፍየል እና ሰው እኩል አብረው ይቅማሉ።

ቆጮ የሊስትሮው ምግብ በጣም የተጠላ ሆኗል። ሊስትሮው ኦዳ በግድ ውደዱልን እያለን ነው
