Stop hallucinating about the Red Sea.

You are begging the US to make you one of its slaves.
Ethiopia is not even in AGOA. It is in spite of us being barred from AGOA, that we are the fastest growing economy on planet earth and billions updon billions of investment is flooding our beautiful nation.
In fact, the US felt that it is left out of Ethiopian and African economic boom that we are literally signing Frameworks and MOUs with the US.
So far only Boeing maintained its level because the French were going to eat the Boeing dinner.
Now US is competing with Gulf countries to enter the Bishoftu airport boom.
As we speak America has no concrete material economic, social or political leverage on Ethiopia. There is nothing US can black mail or threaten to influence our diplomatic behavior. If there is one, tell what that is.
Ethiopia does not buy anything from America. We don't sell anything to America.
India, Turkey, UAE, Israel , or Russia has more influence on Ethiopia than the US.
stop being stupid, and start thinking reality.
Remember, Ethiopia did not bow to American bullying when we were much much weaker in the 14 years we took to build the GERD.
GERD is history. It is a Fact.
If US wants to return to Africa, now it knows that the road to Africa is through Ethiopia.
