Does Ethiopia have a Plan "B" in place to mitigate the risk of losing its current colonizer, the UAE?

Ever since Ethiopia has been using UAE drones to bomb Sudan's airport, port, and oil facilities, the grand Ethiopian dam is at a greater risk than ever. We urge Ethiopia to cease and desist its mercenary war against Sudan for its own sake.
