Horus is agent. He was promoting pp because pp was going the wrong way of killing, fake development, etc he was leading on pp pp is doing great job which is the opposite because pp is working against population! For Horus the agent, now pp's has done what is necessary against the people and Horus want pp out meaning more crisis for Ethiopia.
