I believe ቴዲ has repeatedly said he is an Ethiopian. He should have the last say about who he is. I don’t think he lets that tribal politicians pigeonhole him to one tribe or another. It is a futile exercise.

ቴዲ አፍሮ ብቻ አይደለም ፣ ሌሎቹም አንቱ የሚባሉ ታላላቅ ጉራጌዎች አንድም ቀን የጉራጌን ጎሰኘት ማራመድ አይደለም ሲጠቅሱ አታገኛቸውም! ቴዲ የመሳለሚያ ልጅ ይሁን እንጂ አባቱ ቱባ የእንደ ቡየ ክስታኔ ጉራጌ ነው፣ አብርሃም ወልዴ ፣ ብርሃኑ ነጋ ፣ ሳሙኤል ታፈሰ ፣ ባህሩ ዘውዴ .. የሞቱም በሕይወት ያሉ ታላላቅ ጉራጌዎች እኛ እንኳን ጉራጌ መሆናቸውን ሳናውቅ የሞቱ እልፍ ናቸው። ጄ/ል ከበደ ገብሬ ጉራጌ መሆኑን በቅርብ ነው ሰው የነገረኝ!
