While the following reporting is a direct derivative of the above mentioned (accurate) reporting:

H.E. State Minister of Finance Semereta Sewasew, alongside a senior technical delegation from the Ministry of Finance, held high-level discussions today with a visiting United States delegation led by Eric Meyer, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury.

This is a high-level discussion, which should have been aware of the above risk assessment in Ethiopia to travel to.
