If you are intelligent ,can you state the benefits the community gets from bright lights??
Away from the main road (corridor) the picture is different. if not ,
why are the Addis Ababa communities forced to provide street light? electric power and water is hit or miss in most Addis Ababa's suburbs,but low life bottom feeders like you try to paint something different.
Who are you trying to fool? the citizens or the hawk eyed foreigners? stupid and childish .
