True. They disparage Gurage too much with the intent to weaken and destroy it. Remember, they have Gurage collaborators in high places of power, who also lead Gurage organizations such as the Gurage Roads Construction Organization, International Gurage Association some of whose members are over 80 years old and Kerta Global, overwhelmingly Orthodox Christians with few other Christians and stray Muslims. They all despise and denigrate Gurage unity and nationalism. They are shape-shifters. They do not affirm and stand with any new political movements. They wait until a new Ethiopian gov is formed to declare their loyalty. Their outlooks shifts to the present without discreditting feudalism and the Solomonic Dynasty. It's very plausable they have contacts with tge Crown Council of of Ethiopia.

Gurage must create their own official standard writing system and language.
Guraginya is nearing its extinction as Amharic has spread like wildfire in Gurage region

The Gurage Zone psssed a resultion last year to use its language in gov, education and media. It uses Geez scripts. I would use latin scripts to fit into the model of its neighbors.

I wish English were started from first grade and oromifa somewhere from Junior secondary as communication language and of course Guragigna there.
Amharic the forced language won’t go away that easy for a while🤮
