100% stupid Eritrean! If Dubai is not safe for investment, EMirati wealthy will put some of their wealth into Ethiopian market. You idiot. Ethiopia is a net gainer from this conflict not a loser. አህያ ! ይህን መሰል ደደብ ስለሆንክ ነው ቆመህ የቀረሃው። Gulf Arabs see a rising giant market in Ethiopia and they will invest big time in the Ethiopian real estate, agriculture and industry.

Horus the influencer

Why would UAE put it's wealth in a country like Ethiopia???

Dubi is done.

-So many of the rich who are based in UAE are heading to Portugal .
Portugal is not a hotbed of assorted religious fanatics and violence.
It has history, beautiful architecture and pleasant weather ,above all it's in Europe.

-Most of the European and American expatriates in Dubai are shocked by the living and working conditions of the third world immigrants who built the city.

-UAE is built on a scheme that is already coming unstuck.

-"Manufactured plastic fantastic souless hell hole"

Every western visitor describes Dubi as Artificial, full of glitter and expensive.
-perhaps a lesson for the kind of Addis Ababa Abiy is dreaming of building.
Like Dubi ,most of the new buildings in Addis Ababa are either empty or partly occupied.
In most cases, the owners of these new buildings are a mystery.
I live here and everyone knows about it.

Ya Ya you can theorize blabber about any other country and people except your own true interest. I know you live in Portugal or Spain. That is how I decoded your name. Remember, I am a linguist.

As for Dubai dying, that is the most stupid comment I have seen. Iran has 600 million USD in UAE. And, UAE has already frozen this 1/2 trillion dollar to use it to fix what Iran destroyed.

Iran in finished. Now, it will destroy what it can before it becomes like Iraq or Syria. UAE's oil is still the ground. They will start selling in billions soon. Portugal is a poor south European country.

horus

Dubai has ceased to be attractive for expats. At a time when Iranian missiles are falling on the UAE, emigrants leave the city and declare that they will never return to it, because they are afraid for their lives and for their business.

Horus, The onus is on you to convince us that Ethiopia stands to benefit from the middle east war.

It shows you are very much out of touch .

Dubai’s economy relies heavily on the confidence of foreigners. About 90 per cent of its residents are non-Emirati, reflecting the city’s long-standing openness to expats who live and do business there.

The guragay linguist called Horus.  you sir is fooool.

The UAE got hit by 1,422 Iranian drones and 246 missiles.
That is more than UAE's bomb attacks on Sudan.
