Jimmy, why is Fano forcing the POWs to walk like ballerinas by having them remove their shoes? Does the Geneva convention cover forced tiptoeing?

In the past, a few of them were found having GPS tracking in their shoes that lead to drone attacks. They first used on their clothes and when that is discovered they started to implant in their shoes. PP OPDO is cruel and had bombed its own soldiers who gave hands.
