Based on recent developments and unification efforts, the Fano insurgency's core ideology is rooted in Amhara Nationalism combined with a quest for Ethiopian unity, aimed at:
1. Ensuring Survival: Protecting the Amhara people from perceived existential threats, state-sponsored violence, and political marginalization.
Sheer lie because there were some pocketed violences as a result of past cultivated hate and oppression now seems contained and less frequent.
Point 1 simply looks to effect point 3 at this point.
2. Restoring "Ethiopianness": Dismantling the current ethnic-federalist constitution and restoring a unitary, centralized state that upholds the territorial integrity of Ethiopia.
ኧረ ባክህ/ሽ? Who wants a rotten and dismantled system after 1/2 a century? Really? is this what Ethiopians asked for? To bring back ቆምጬ and its syncretic fake religion he uses to climb in power? ሞተ-አንበሳ? Solomon dynasty fairy tale? Not in anybody’s dead body. The country should only be run as a federal state geography or ethnic with full right to the regions. All a century old war was due to atrocities of centralized government and single ethnic hegemony.
3. Toppling the Regime: Overthrowing the Prosperity Party leadership to establish a new transitional governance system that guarantees equality and security for all citizens. This one is dangerous and a crime

Clueless how and to what end the resistance is moving. You see, it is a day and night difference between the conscious level of the Amharas and the rest. Yes, the Tigrains, however for evil purposes know what they are doing. The rest are a cattle heard caged in the ethnic ideology camps.
FANO has never said their intent is to lead Ethiopia. No evidence to support the propaganda accusations. And FANO is a resistance group born out of an imaginable massacres against the people of Amhara. They will prevail as truth is on their side.
And the Guraghies who are crying FANO more than any other group, do not have any evidence that FANO hurt or threatened them at all. The Zebergas cannot come with one evidence that they have been attacked by FANO.
