Abiy Ahmed is given a free ride to choose when-

To threaten
To Start war
To chicken out

The Eritrean leader is not threatening nor showing interest in starting war.
This in turn is viewed by Abiy's camp as a clear sign Eritrea can not fight without the support of TPLF.

TPLF is gradually reconciling with Eritrea as long as the 4kilo palace is their reward.

Does these mean FANO is going to be left out in the cold?
-Abiiy,TPLF and Eritrea do not allow power to fall in the hands of Amharas.
