Did you really give it a thought whether this is a truth living in the Fano skies or on the ground? The original author's fear from a campus of a US university was based on the false assumption that because Abiy Ahmed, though Amara by parents but grown in the center of Oromo culture and belonged to OPDO, he might pursue politics guided by the Gada cultural philosophy. But , observing the pilicies Abiy Ahmed are more like those of the Amara Menelick and Haile Sellasie, expansionists, megalomaniacs which includes to take Asseb. He also did not make Oromoffa an official language of Ethiopia. He has kept Amharic uncontested.
These and other reasons are persuasive enough to describe PP is an Amara political party. The other reasons why PP is an Amara party are:
1.Deputy PM is an Amara
2. President of Ethiopia is an Amara
3. The two advisors to Abiy Ahmed, Daniel Kibret and druggy Prof.Almariam are Amara.
