Kistane is in charge of weakening Gurage

On a daily basis, at one Gurage is murdered in Sodo, Mesqan, Welkite, Abeshge. and Qosye. Its labds are taken in Abeshge by Qebena,in Enor/Enor by Hadiya, in Enseno Mesqan by Mareqo and Amuate Kistane by Shene.
Endashaw, President of the Central Ethiopia Region and Niguse, his VP are both Kistanes. They all the powers to resolve the long-standing adminstrative border conflicts but they are not willing to. In the padt 3 years since appointed to their positions, murders, displacements and loss of properties of Gurages became more frequent. The terrorists are usually not caught and prosecuted. When they are, they are often released on lame excuses. Gurages are also killed by the 5 Comand posts, the densiest command posts per population in Ethiopia who have the powers to shoot to kill as State of Emergency Powers. Two weeks ago a farm village chief and his 7 year daughter were shot killed their home for refusing to demand villagers to contribute money to give to a Command Post in Mesqan. First, they shot her father in her presence and shot her after. No Kistane people protested against its sons's injustices against the Gurage people.
