Wasting billions on useless corridors with borrowed money is the dumbest thing that Abiy Ahmed has done. But perhaps the idea was to siphon that money into the pockets of his cronies, in which case it is not as dumb as that. But the shoddy corridor projects are already crumbling! Where is the money to come to maintain them!
