"ሽርክና" an examemplary business model from ሽምሱ and ዘበርጋ for Oromo-amara-Tigre supermacists‼️

The uneducated but business savvy Gurage are known for many creative ways of community/social and private problem solving. Examples include እቁብ እድር and many others.
Another thing of fascination is "ሽርክና" or ሽርክ መስራት:: It is not a laughing but serious matter!
An example is they run a kiosk in city in a group of two or more. In such model, one partner trades the kiosk for 6 months to a year and when he is done, he hands over the kiosk to the next person (ተረኛ). The agreement is no one should bankrupt the business and should maintain the basic things in the kiosk. The partner does a business for the specified period and leaves with his profit when the other partner comes in. Mostly this is run by trust but very occasionally witnesses and paper documentation may come in. Very rarely መካካድ ሊኖር ይችላል but that can be reduced by involving legal documents. This model can be used even for bigger businesses.
Why am I bringing it here? not of course to pride in the gurage model or to make gurage feel good about it.
It is for the lessons involved.
1. Two or more people can work together even at Nation level. This can be extended to ethnic harmony to work together.
2. It needs to be honest and work by rules and benefit one another. If the business runs bankrupt, everybody is a loser.
Now, Ethiopia has conflicting ethnics that say the other oppressed me driven by disrespect etc and they go to war and when they win they exclude others and run the country their way by theatrically calling the country Ethiopia.
This process has left the country backward, economically underdeveloped and peace less.
One of the country models AI suggests to run the country is like Switzerland that has advanced regions of italian, german and French speakers who stay in a federated democratic way together but none wants to secede and go back to Italy, France or Germany. In Ethiopia, the chaotic ethnic regions can federate in a similar way in democracy and elected governance.
Another model is the ሽምሱ and ዘበርጋ model above.
Keep the kiosk that is the frame of the country or ethiopia bankrupt free. Stop cycles of violence war and destruction. Form four to five big parties. Write a constitution for the rules of engagement. Examples: The Oromo Geda party, The Amhara Fano party, the Tigre/ወያኔ party and one more or two parties for the rest. Then rotate leadership every two-4 years. Tigre 3 years, Amhara 4 years, oromo may be 4 or 5 year and the rest 4 year. Build democracy and institutions and respect citizen right. All religious and cultural practices separate from government and if necessary make the a regional stuff.
What does the country benefit from centuries of war? Bankruptcy!!
War should be fought only against foreign invaders not among Ethiopians. Of course the country needs to sit down for reconciliation and a new start to do this. Who can do this? a volunteer leader. That is why PP has to be pushed and diplomatically pressurized to move to a change!!
