Why not from Somalia to Egypt? Why stop at Massawa?

He got nerves to dream such an attainable dream when all the Red Sea states told him no country which doesn’t have sea access (landlocked country) to the Red Sea will have a single foot of their troops or even a small boat in the Red Sea?
