Why is Ethiopia involved in the Sudanese internal affairs?
Why is Ethiopia willing to do the dirty deeds of UAE in Sudan and Somaliland?
Shouldn't Ethiopia be focused on resolving it's internal conflicts rationally without involvement
of outsiders and the never ending irrational accusations of Eritre and Egypt?

The countries in the Horn have been backing opposition groups in neighboring countries for decades upon decades.
Allegedly, sudans "government" backs the tplf, hosts tens of thousands of their troops, so Ethiopia backing the opposition makes sense. Not to mention the UAE factor. When tplf left power, they looted the country dry, Ethiopias funds were pretty much depleted, UAE stepped in with billions, which of course comes with conditions and stipulations. Not saying I like it or even condone it, but as the saying goes, there is no free lunch.

It's similar to how in our parents time, sudan supported eplf, tplf, olf, mengistu in turned backed the splm, and even the snm of Somaliland.
Allegedly factions of the tplf are allied with Eritrea, while some are working with abiy, essentially turning tigray into a Battlefield of ideological differences that may eventually restart a war of arms, this time with Eritrea fighting alongside tplf elements within tigray against the endf.

Not that too long ago a prominent TPLF leader has said Sudanese are much closer and friendly to Tigreans than the Amharas are. Mind you, at the time TPLF had been the leader of the country. The “ love affair” had been reciprocal.
The Sudanese politicians have visited Tigray, and even treated as if it had been a country by itself.
The new Ethiopian government would not be oblivious to this love affair.
It is prudent and necessary to try to tame the Sudanese politics to its own advantage.
We have already a neighboring leader who has served the interests of the Arabs for a half century. And no doubt we wish to not have another servant of the Arabs as neighbor.
