- Abiy to agree immediate restoration of Tigray territory & the recognition of TPLF as a legal party.
- TPLF to facilitate the deployment of ENDF forces to the Eritrean border
- TDF to be the reserve force to assist ENDF in case the Ethio- Eritrea war erupts .
Advantages :
- It avoids war against Tigray and assures the territorial integrity of Tigray
- Opens the Opportunity for Ethiopia to secure access to the Sea
