Push strongly where the enemy is weak spot, that is Ethiopia ground forces are weak and they can not hold three of ground force of Amhara, Tigray and Issayas forces. They are other forces on the ground too, Oneg and the Somalia group from the east. All of the above forces must communicate and march towards Addis Ababa the meeting place. If they can coordinate such thing it will not take them a month , it will be a matter of two to three weeks to arrive in Addis Ababa city and the Wofefew Abiy and his followers will be evicted.
The enemy strong hold is the air but Issayas and Tigray can push Egypt to use F16 and wipe out all the air force bases and destroy them and the game is over and let Egypt control Abay dam until the ground forces reach Addis Ababa. If the air force of Ethiopia is being destroyed by Egypt two weeks will take the ground forces to reach Addis Ababa and control the country. Tigray and Issayas forces should not wait until Ethiopia armies to come to Tigray and Issayas turf. Leave both regions and occupy Amhara regions with Fano and march to Addis Ababa. Tigray should not even bother about Humora, because once they reach Addis Ababa all the occupied regions of Tigray will fall to the hands of the owners automatically without any firing a bullet to the air. Issayas regions will not avoid any battler in his soil to remove the Gallas.
The keys are, Issayas and TEF must agree to send all their fighters to Amhara regions in all directions, Fano must work with them or host them to reach Addis Ababa, Egypt and Sudan must play the air game and neutralize the strength of Abiy air force and drones, the Eastern grup fighters from Somalia ethnics must push from East and the Galla fighters push from the south and central towards Addis Ababa and the game will be over. Can they do that, they should if they want to avoid man power and wealth cost and duration and this is the best strategy to win the game overnight with very limited resources.

If I were an Egyptian decision maker for the country, I would have done one of the two to resolve the issue once for all. After I executed the above decision implemented the two about the fate of Abay dam as follows:
1. If you leave alone the dam as it is erected now and function as intended but under Egypt supervision and let the dam provide electric for anyone who wants to use and let the profit annually distribute as the form of distribution for all bond holders of ethnics. The dam will remain for the bond holders as the owner but the service is for all demand and supply at the open market.
2. The second option is if Egypt wants to dismantle then it is very simple to do it and no longer will be used nor rebuild any dam at Abay river. The way to do is let the ground forces march to Addis Ababa and Egypt with Sudan bomb all the airforce bases to ashes and send Egyptian and Sudan special forces to control the surroundings area and make small hole one side of the end and let the water discharge gradually and will take about one and half years to completely dry out and destroy the erected dam to make it to the original level and that will be the end of the issue. But Sudan and Egypt must push Tigray to bring Beneshangule under the Tigray nation in order Sudan and Egypt to have open access to monitor any activity by anyone to rebuild the dam again. If the moron Tigray leaderships and the looter Guasot Diqalu aka Tigray generals have the brain they should push this plan Egypt and Sudan to act now and Tigray should assure them Tigray will work with both countries for eternal.

As all of you know that Issayas is famous digging holes for his solders burial ground in the past repeatedly but this era of drone, never dig holes and put your soldiers to be buried by drones. You must be mobile 10 to 20 soldiers under one command and disperse your fighters. Despite Tigray is known for mobile fighters but line up thousands in line like Afar camels in the past but at this drone era, you must cut the line and group them in 10 to 15 fighters in one group to be led by one Ganta Haili in this war. Both should use this strategy to avoid unnecessary casualities.

Halafi, you have turned out to be the worst traitor. That is not unexpected. The very ideology that lionize tribal politics, not surprisingly detests national interest.
You have assembled a collection of losers: TPLF, EPLF, Fano, Shene, Ogaden, Somalia to be chaperoned by Egypt against Ethiopia.
I have news for you, Egypt might not be a close ally of the hopeless groups as it used to be.
When is the last time Isayes has flown to Egypt.
I think they are tired of him. They have learned maybe bitterly he is no match to Abiy.
As for TDF, it might be a matter of months before it closes its young -Tigreans -feeding -to -bullets -shop.

Why Egypt accumulated so many war planes for years never done anything for the country, the F16 you have is for the moment to be assured to secure your interest Abay water. Go ahead and bomb Ethiopia airforce bases around the country and expose the government for his opponents to get rid of im for you and do what ever best to dismantle Abay dam.

For Issayas and Tigray should not talk to the born liar Wefefew Abiy, ignore him and march to Amhara regions while Fano is fighting Abiy. This the best time to remove him, his is very savage animals and you must remove him for both or three of you interests.
