You must be a certain retard, if you don't get the message after hearing and reading for over a year now: Ethiopia's is demand is about a sovereign access, not about a mere access of a port or ports.

Ethiopia could have 10 or more ports for access but none of them is sovereign so far, which has to be rectified!
