ስራ ወዳድነቱ ፣ ስኬት አክባሪነቱ ፣ ኔጌቲቪቲ ሳይሆን ፖዘቲቪቴው በጣም ለጉራጌ ባህል ይመቻል። ስለ መረዳዳትና ትብብር ያለው ባህል ምንጩ ምን እንደ ሆነ አላውቅም ። መደመር የመረዳዳት ባህል ነው ። ይህም ሆነ ያ ስለ ሥራ ክቡርነትና ስነምግባር ያለው ፍልስፍና ብቻ ነው ለኢትዮጵያ ወጣት ያለው የመፍትሄ መንገድ።

ከዚህ በኋላ በገበያና በእድገት ሜዳ ላይ ፉክክር እንጂ በውትድርናና ፖለቲካ ስልጣን ሃብት ማካበት የሚቻልበት ዘመን አልፏል ። ለምሳሌ አሁን እያንዳንዱ ክልል በፉክክር ነው የሚያድገው ።

እኛ ሳንፈጠር አጋሮ እንዲህ ተዘፍኖለት ነበር!

Gurages are not,strictly speaking,entrepreneurs that benefit the wider community.they are more like close knit leeches.

Amhara is the worst ethnic to sign into as a relative. Whatever they do is in generation. They pull one another and invade others but never adapt to the local norm or society. Mostly they don't change to local culture. One has to adopt their culture and look like them or risks isolation.
