Misraqwa, he also wants Gurage to support OLF as you do want Gurage to support Fano. I assume both of you feel entitled to a Gurage vote. Both of you are poor explainers why Gurages shouldn't have their own conscience.
Certainly he believes Amara is the big cake but too risk to challenge it. But, he wants to drain the support Amara is getting from Gurage. He considers both enemies of OLF but Gurage is easier to beat.

Profits are made when a buyer agrees to buy a goods or service he or she neeed above the purchase price. The market price of the goods and services are determined by supply and demand. For unregulated goods and services, for example tibs beqolo on the roadside, the price could be anything.
Law
How would you prosecute a tibs beqolo trader for spiking its price? What law has the trader broken? In the absence of an enforcealable law, this guy's rant borders on genocidal rhetoric.
