For example, Gedu Andargachew was appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia on April 18, 2019. He served in this position until November 2020. On November 8, just 4 days after the war started, he was not a foreign minister anymore. So when did Aba Demir send him to Asmara ?
