Why war is escalating in a country of Ethiopia who is made disunited?

By Shabia and Tplf? Oromiya region is awfully silent. I think the goal is just like Badme, fighting for foreigners at the expense of Ethiopians. Plus, if there is serious war between Shabia and Pp, why are Tplfites and Shabians roaming all over Ethiopia who have the upper hand than the average Ethiopians? pp does not seem to worry about them they have cordial feeling towards one another, the release of Sebhat, Bereket is another indication.
In a nut shell, this would be war will be just like Badme using the people for cannon fodder for population reduction particularly Amara for the Nile.
