Ethiopia is the only country in the world that borrows billions of dollars to purchase the weapons it uses to fight someone else's war. Ethiopian leaders' debilitating inferiority complex towards the Eritrean people is the driving force behind every decision they made that wound up shackling the mercenary state into an insurmountable debt it cannot afford to pay. When the former Yugoslavia is coming back from the dead to collect a debt, that's when you know for sure Ethiopia is as dead as a door nail.

I just ordered this coffee mug today.
