In this emergent, counter-intuitive and surprising world, those who succeed and win are those who are capable and prepared to manage and thrive under uncertain outcomes, volatile condition, complex realities and ambiguous decisions.

In short, global chaos, social disorder, economic disruptions, shifting alliances and mutually conflicting and contradictory interests are the rule of the game, not the exceptions or abnormalities of the global order.

Hence, it don't matter one bit whether we call this world order - multipolar, multiversal, a clash of Confusion, a clash of civilization, or an indeterminate system. This is the international system.

ተለዋዋጭነት ፣ ኤርግጠኘት ፣ ውስብስበንትና አሻሚነት ዘላለማዊ የሆኑ አይደለም በሰዎች ማህበራዊ ሲስተም የፊዚክስና ፕሮባብሊስቲክ አለም ዩኒቨርስ ጸባያትና ሕግጋት ናቸው።
