This NGO was born in 1945 just 1) to serve colonizers as a tool 2) to stop unforeseen conflicts among big powers, often former colonizers. Since it premise was wrong, it never functioned but built large staff and created employment, like most NGOs. Third world thugs venerate this NGO. If Ethiopia has a strong and patriotic true Ethiopian leader, Shabia would never been spoiled using this NGO as if it is relevant to the existential matter of Ethiopia.
