The leaders of the Horn of Africa are typical Arab slave dogs that the Arabs call Aswad waHid Abeed or Abeed Niiiga.
When the Arab master calls his Abeed dog, people like Issaias Afeworki, Hassen Shiek, Omer Gellie and al Burhan immediately submit and waggle their tail and they perform as commanded.
Subsequently, their puppy dogs and Arab Abid Concubine slaves, such as, Fifi Fiyameta, tarik Abid Jeberti, Sesame Jeberti flea ... waggle their tail as celebration of victory.

You have to be honest and fair.
You deliberately missed out one important baboon: Abiye Ahmed Ali.
A proxy of UAE. A secret confidant of Turkey.
By the way, Issias Afeworki is a proxy of Saudi. And a key slave of Egypt.
All of these HOA baboons have a role in service of one Arab country against the others.
There is also a solid evidence that some of them have intimate relationships with the Arab leaders.
