This reminds me of the time, when General Tsadkan was appointed by the UN to lead a "peace-keeping" force in South Sudan, and he was provided with attack helicopters which he was not familiar with.
One day during practice, he ordered the pilot of an attack helicopter to shoot down a UN plane that was flying over South Sudan, killing everyone onboard.
When the UN demanded to know why he gave such an order to shoot down a UN plane, General Tsdakn simply said: "I thought I saw Shaebia!"
