The water issue with Egypt is an opportunity for Ethiopia to enhance its geopolitical weight !

The negotiation with Egypt should include the following key points :
- - Construction of more dams ( Egypt, Sudan, USA and other countries to invest)
on all rivers crossing Ethiopia to Sudan with the objective of creating water bank that could be used by Ethiopia, Sudan and Egypt
- - Agreement should be conditional to Egypt & Sudan stooping any direct or indirect support of external & internal groups/countries that try destabilize Ethiopia
-Ethiopia should have access to the Sea and exert marital control along the Red Sea and Indian ocean closer to Ethiopia
- Egypt & Sudan to pay annually for environmental ( erosion ) protection & management to and for the excess water they get in excess to to the free water volume Ethiopia is willing to give them free of charge
- A one time cash incentive of $10 billion for Ethiopia to be invested toward food security
