What did the PP idiots mean when they said they'd get Asab በባሌ ወይም በቦሌ?

Bale is thousands of Kms from Assab. And Bole is an airport. They couldn't possibly have meant they will fly Assab by plane to Bole! The only conclusion is they were telling thier sheep that it is impossible to get Assab! No matter how idiotic they are, they couldn't possibly have believed these soldiers who surrender like sheep were capable of taking Assab!
