The UAE has been using its Ethiopian colony to destabilize Djibouti, because it is still holding grudges against Djibouti for terminating its 30-year port operation contract which was later awarded to Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Ethiopia, 95% of whose import-export passes through Djibouti's port, committed the cardinal sin of following UAE's orders to destabilize Djibouti, totally oblivious to the possibility that Djibouti could actually stop Ethiopia from using its port. Ethiopia is the only country in the world that is known to sacrifice its national interest to help its oil-rich colonizer score a cheap shot at its adversaries.
Djibouti's repeated drone attacks deep inside Ethiopia is a clear message to what could come next if the UAE's colony does not cease and desist from its destabilizing activities.
