The Most Anticipated Event in the Current BRICS Naval Exercise: Sighting An Ethiopian Ship!

Post by sesame » 10 Jan 2026, 16:02

The whole world is agog and eager to learn how land-locked Ethiopia managed to sail its warships from Lake Tana to South Africa. This is an exceptional technological break-through! From time immemorial, navies have been hampered by the inability to move their ships across land. The PP Ethiopians seem to have freed ships from this handicap!

Horsey,

You claimed Ethiopia is participating in the naval exercises. What exactly do you mean by participate. Does it mean it has sent a delegation to participate in the opening ceremonies? Or do you mean it has sent ships to participate in the actual naval activities. If the latter, then the question is, how did these ships move from Tana to South Africa!

Horsey,

በህልምህ ሁሉ ነገር ይቻላል ብለህ ካመንክ፤ ህክምና ነው የሚያስፈልግህ። But I am eager to see an Ethiopian ship! Coz it would be a miracle for a starving, land-locked nation that is disintegrating to manage to have a real navy, not an imagined one.

BTW, this was 10 years ago. That is a real navy, celebrating in its ship and its sea!
