They can’t enforce it. The same way the Israeli fm visited Somaliland. The uae has flight to Somalia I have not seen any suspensions there. They don’t control the airspace in Somaliland and puntland its widely contested I have heard that taiwan gave the said equipment to Somaliland to control their own airspace
