Perfectly said. East African nations are lead by nomadic idiots, it needed regional super powers such as Turkey, Saudi, UAE, Egypt, Israel & Iran to play it pulling strings in each direction. Mind you how these weak states perform the naked lap dance in front of super powers like U.S, China and Russia.
