Abiy, who never stops talking, continually shows his illiteracy. And he loves to talk, as all ignorant people do, because he does not know he is ignorant. He thinks his uneducated blubberings are the height of intelligence, like when he declared that he is 93% monkey or was it 98%. 
One of his favourite pretentions is to pontificate about digital matters and artificial intelligence. But this is hilarious. He has been pronanoucing Chat GPT as Chat GTP!
