Regarding the said agreement between Eritrea, EGYPT and SAUDI ARABIA is as far as I am concerned, a welcome decision. To first of all create jobs and a source of income for our citizens.
As for the country to the south, and I say this in general terms. They do not know their priorities. And above all, they have neither respect nor love for their people nor the population of their neighbors. If that were not the case.
They would have gratefully accepted the goodwill presented by Eritrea shortly after the end of the war in 1991 and later in 2018.
Free access to both ports of Massawa and Assab. no foreign currency was paid for the services in 1991. Instead, it was the Ethiopian currency that was used. But in a country that is passionate about lies and fabricated stories to create more enemies for itself and its surroundings. It is difficult to get anywhere. So it is time to see beyond the horizon.

I know the news of Egypt leasing Assab has come as a shock to our low IQ Southern neighbours. They are now bitching about it as they have never bitched. The idiots, instead of saving their dysfunctional nation from disintegration, have been fixated on getting what has never been theirs. What is odd is these idiots actually believe they have a right to Eritrean lands and sea-coast. Well, they never will. But I repeat, they should rather worry because Ethiopia is on the verge of disintegration! But that may, in the long run, be a positive thing. They may then learn to manage their affairs without the hallucinations that have been their ruination!

Barking against Eritrea, assuming it has no allies or supporters, comes with a price. It was long overdue for Eritrea — just like Djibouti — to host foreign powers on its soil to protect itself against forces that use the language of conquest to prolong their political survival. If the information is correct, Egypt is entering the port services sector in Eritrea not because of its commercial value or Eritrea’s best interests, but because it has its own geopolitical game to play against Ethiopia. This is a win–win for Eritrea. Let the low IO southerners moan and [deleted] now.
