The conflict in Gambella has intensified. At least 47 people were reportedly killed in a single day of violence in Ethiopia’s Gambella Region, while Médecins Sans Frontières ( MSF) said it treated more than 100 weapon-wounded patients on the same day, as regional authorities imposed a new, indefinite nightly curfew amid escalating insecurity.
