Dubai can recover easily from any such disaster. Ethiopia is a dirt-poor country. If any disaster befalls it, it may take decades to recover. Besides, nobody knows what the quality of all that new corridor is? But my educated guess is: it is of very poor quality. Because it is certain that the PP clowns have been using the corridors to enrich themselves.

If the Addis Ababa bridge shown in the video below is typical of the construction going on, We shall know the extent of the theft when any disaster falls !

The road is designed and built with high level of driver safety in mind. You should be able to see that. All the lanes are separated not by paint markings but by raised medians. Such medians are usually provided to separate opposite trafiic. Bu in this case, they are provided to separate lanes going in the same direction as well. Those raised medians are visible more than curbs could, night and day.

If there are accidents, they could only be by human error, mostly jumping over the curbs or the medians as a result due to lack of focus the reason of which could be alcohol or drugs.

In Eritrea, what's like bicycle accidents? I heard people are too poor to afford cars. Therefore, no car markets.
