One of the poorest nations of the world with 80% of its people under the poverty line is the last nation that should be dreaming of digital stuff. But when you are led by a 7th grade drop-out, absurdities like that are the norm. Horsey, Ethiopia should first and foremost aspire to feed itself. Leave the high-tech stuff to those who can afford it.
Horsey, this is Toronto. The average income of its 3.3 million people (The Greater Toronto Area GTA has 7 million) is over $55,000. They can afford to have shining lights and streets.
