Odius, expulsion from an organization you joined to die for is a big action by Fano, a mismanagement of team building principle, only second to killing him if he betrayed Fano. TPLF, OLF, PP never expel their members for errors, incomptence. They educate you and help you grow unless a member betrays the front on purpose despite the rules.
Don't you see how much effort I make to educate you because I believe you ran away from Gurage by ignorance or poor judgement?
Masresha has no incentive to stay loyal to Fano that has expelled him. It's absolutely moral to revenge against Fano that expelled him. They could taken other corrective actions for a captain who lead Fano's battalion and fought for its goals.
I would say to him, do whatever!!
