Remember Most African countries are run by idiot college dropouts or fake degree holders or high school drop out dictators that run countries with millions of people like private farm for life. Just land filled with cadres. Government “development” but no significant private industries or institutions to venture for innovations!

You are right. Innovative ain't gonna happen through ethnic quota. Innovation can only take place through good governance, equity & peace

Very unfortunate. Our Tigrian cousins experimented on the country for 30 years funneling money out. Yeah, seems like PP will hide in Oromo just like TPLF went to hide in Tigray people. Unfortunatelly Ethiopia will lose additional one million youth to break the back of PP-OPDO. It is sad but it need to be done.
