1. Gurage Zones failed to guarantee safety of businesses in Welkite, Qosye, Enseno/Butajira and Buie.
2. Gurage Zones are asking businesses to donate for public infrastructres such as schools, hopitals and plaza projects.

Two business owners in Ezha of 7bet had to donate Eth$15 million for a plaza project. It takes several years to make a profit Eth$15 million.This money could have gone for their business expansion. Instead, they had to give it to the governmet's project.

What the government had to do was to apply to the Central Region's or Federal gov's special funds programs.

Or when they plan their budget needs to submit to the federal budget planning, they were supposed to include these needs for which they jeopardize business growth by asking businesses to foot the bill for public projects.

They ask the federals and fail to meet their needs, they should protest. They should have the courage.

In this year's budget releasesd in September, Central Region of 6.7million people received the lowest budget per capita in the country. 9 times lower per capita than Harar of only 283,000.

They should learn to be brave and take the risk for protesting inequality. People should come first before party loyalty.
