Over 100 regime forces killed and 55 injured in fierce December 4 clashes in Metemma Woreda (
West Gonder Zone, Amhara Region, Ethiopia).
On December 4th, heavy fighting erupted between Fano forces (AFNF-BC 4th Corps) and regime units across Qutir 1, Addisalem, Delelo, and Shimelegara Kebeles, involving elements from six Fano divisions.

Too many lice to deal with
Abiy as a war monger. Good luck for him to deal with all the "lice", too many of them. The last thing the region needs is war. If Abiy were a calm non bellicose diplomatic person who wanted to lead Ethiopia, the solution was straight forward. Be willing to sit down for peace talk with waring groups, to extent of willing to leave his power for the benefit of the smoldering nation; usher democracy, build institutions, do away with ethnic balkanization, organize administrative based on geography, give ethnics a right to self-expression (under one federalized country) including language and non-harmful cultural rituals and get recorded in Ethiopian history. We don't think he has the capacity or will to do that. He already got involved and accused in crimes already. He preferred to continue mixing the ethnic politics mud. With that there will be grievances and rebellion all the time because of inequity and inadequate representation, corruption and abuse. Of course, since that is his choice, he will continue to fight with the group he called "lice" until his fate is doomed. To make things worse, now, a regional war is looming. Ethiopia + UAE + RSF Vs Eritrea + Egypt + Sudanese military plus or minus Saudi. This is a destabilizing war plan for already doomed HoA unless the big guys frown on everybody. The outcome for sure may be decimating for Sudan, Ethiopia and Eritrea with resultant change in dictatorial rules
Good luck spectators as Africans are always servants to those who have bucks and nothing can be done to change that behavior!
