1. Genocides, million massacres, millions lost limbs, 100 of 1000s displaced.
2. Divisive machinations Ethiopia plays
3. Budget holdback starving the region

Whatelse is a ripe political situation to secede than this. Unused political opportunity while the constitution in Article 39 calls on Tigrey to do the right thing.
