Etobya Talak Hager Nat according to Talalakee "PP (Pick Pocket)" Abiy Ahmed and his minions. His size queen minions continously rant that Ethiopia is a big country & a 3000 year old empire as if unsure of themselves...and without shame they do a 180 degree turn & beg other powers to be an ally to them from some unknown projected fear
What's insane is that they attack & threaten their internal/external neighbors using Ethiopian languages/media for 6 days a week and then on the 7th day they switch to English language and pretend to be about peace and prosperity & play victim 
Its all part of the PP (Ethiopian Prosperity Party) confuse and convince strategy...brought to you by all the brilliant PHDickheads minions of the political party of Abiy Ahmed who surprisingly alleges himself to hold a PHD in Conflict Resolution.
The confuse and convince strategy is simple:
1. create daily conflicts/confusion for the average public citizens (the masses) through the media/AI-algorithms and even black-ops (false flag events),
2. then do unnecessary/irresponsible (blame the other) inflaming press briefings & meetings during the confusion,
3 then deploy the rage-bait minions/bots on social media to aggregate the algorithm that keeps people too busy arguing against each other or wrongly focused on the distraction of the day...all while you & your elite buddies Pick Pocket and enrich yourself from the burdened taxpayer citizens & empty the surpluses of the state/country.
4. If steps 1-thru-3 become ineffective or if too many of the citizens of your country become aware of the game, then threaten wars (with help of your elites/backers & banksters) so you can add further confusion & send the citizens to die in war (on the streets or far-off) before they rise up to hold you accountable for the thefts.
*** However, if steps 1-4 fail, then the jig is up and your citizens and global citizens see through your game...and no AI confusion will deter them from focusing on you/elites/banksters and holding you accountable...make plans to fly off in a plane before then!!...hopefully not Ethiopian Airlines since they even pick the pockets of the master pick pockets ***
