I didn’t quite get your point. Are you suggesting what Trump said was right?
The Somalians are may be implicated in a scam networks and money laundering schemes. I don’t know. And I am not suggesting they aren’t & certainly I am not defending stealing. I don't like Omar because she is too shallow and tribal. But that is for the authorities to investigate and prosecute.
For Trump to come out and say that, it is racist, derogatory and something I would never expect from a president of a great nation. That is Trump’s view of the entire black people.We all know what he did to Obama. In a country of 40 million black population, you will never find a single black cabinet member in the Trump administration. All this shows his attitude towards blacks.

In case you missed it, he is acting stupid like this not because he worries about America. No. She criticized him and constantly voted against his initiatives. And he is taking it on the Somalian community and Somalia.

In my view, we should never condone this kind of remarks from a president.
It was South Africa yesterday. Trust me Ethiopia is next down in his list.

On this one, I don’t agree with you. Trump is the president of a country. Those remarks about South African whites being oppressed and killed are deliberately false. His remarks about the Somalis may have some truth but not entirely & he did it deliberately. Just like what he said about Obama’s birth place before Trump became a president are deliberate intended to inflict maximum pain on the black community.
Trump is a racist and vindictive man. If you don’t believe me then go check his history, easily accessible. He deliberately banned blacks from renting his properties and he is on the record putting a guidance not to hire blacks for a well paying jobs in his own business. as a black person, who fought injustices, dictatorship, racism wherever I see it will never support Trump.
As all can see his presidency is a joke. It was a joke on the first term and it is a joke now. He is a con man. The sad part of this episode is that many poor people specially of blacks will be hurt.

He still has a right to self expression per the law of the country but toning it differently for political reason is another thing.
We know how many people cherish to come to USA but some dare to carry out crime like what the somalis did. That money laundering in multimillion by Somali immigrants was a big news sometimes ago and it was even linked to Somali region in Ethiopia. That is very unacceptable. About POTUS racism depends how you see it. I think there is some policy they follow as a party currently to lead the country and they won the election based on that immigration included. I wish they gave a good human or moralistic even better legal way of handling of many of the things including migration. Otherwise people of all color elected him to office and things should follow the countries constitution and law untill the term is completed.
About the South Africa problem, I wish the two countries had a good relation. South Africa is a country that underwent a lot of oppressions. The people are benign but there may be some crime sometimes and people with different color may be victims and that should not be a big problem to spoil the relationship of the two countries.
The main difference of the two countries may be how they approached the israeli-palestine conflict where RSA took Netanyahu to ICC. And that can create conflict of interest or disagreement.
I am happy the way both Ethiopia and Eritrea are given cold shoulder but I wish USA put more pressure on current goons of Ethiopia to resolve current attrocities in peaceful way and push for non-ethnic citizen based democracy in Ethiopia.
Otherwise my overall assessment of this term of the president is better compared to past specially in terms of temperament and approach to resolving global conflicts including the attempted peaceful resolution of Ukrain-Russia war!
