You know that I do appreciate how you keep Ethiopia as your top most priority. It is worthy of an amazingly dynamic busy nation.

I don't want to appear teaching you psychology because you may already know this. If something fills up your day, if something constantly preoccupies your thoughts and emotions, that something happens to be what is a most important issue of your life. So, I kind of like that Ethiopia is the most important issue in your life than Eritrea is.

That said, I must confess that I don't possess the power to create a new matter in this universe. I can only prove to you what exists. Ethiopia is what she is - a rising giant moving on multiple fronts with a gusto to join the club of civilized and developed nation of this earth.

This doesn't mean that you're psychologically incapable of denying reality. Millions upon millions of people live in denial because facing reality, acceptance of truth requires significant cognitive insight/foresight and emotional strength - all of which we call COURAGE!

There is only one hard problem. Facts don't go away just because you hate them. Reality doesn't bend with your photo shop imagination.

Ethiopia is what it is, a hard fact. How you choose to deal with this fact is for you to decide.

Let me give you an example.

A week ago, some Fano commander orders a lower rank Fano to cut off the right hand of an ENDF soldier. ENDF catches the hand-cutter with a smart phone full of critical intelligence material including the practice of hand cutting (a barbarian behavior to put it mildly). When this Fano barbaric crime was exposed all of Fano media including Messay Mekonnen asserted that this act was done by ENDF unknown to them that the very victim was ENDF. And, now the hand-cutter himself is collaborating with ENDF and exposing the top Fano commanders possibly implicating Fano itself with crime against humanity.

In short, denying reality has tragic consequences.

As we speak, Tigray has its own crisis. It will solve its problem or will perish. The same with Amara. Amara does not have a problem with Ethiopia or Abiy Ahmed. Amara has its own power sharing problem within Amara community. Period. Right now Amara is killing Amara. Soon, they will have to stop it or they will perish.

The rest of Ethiopia is moving on with Abiy Ahmed on the path of civilization, modernization and prosperity. Those who have issues with prosperity, can have their poverty. Ditto.

Not having a sense of consequence must be a luxury in the country to the south. Actually, it's not your fault. it must be an innate impairment that you can't handle.

Did you know that our brain has two parts that develop at different stages in life?

This part of the brain controls:

emotions

fear and reward

motivation

social bonding

2. The Prefrontal Cortex

This part of the brain handles:

planning

decision-making

self-control

logic

long-term thinking

problem-solving

And here is your problem. All signs indicate that you pple must have a diagnose of lack of function of The Prefrontal Cortex in your brain. And Eritreans in particular need to realize this situation.

Read my comment to Sesame. I am glad that you are googling about emotion and cognition - the limbic & prefrontal brain. I leave it to others to judge who is lacking emotional maturity (the management of fear) and who is lacking the cognitive ability (the ability to make accurate judgments and plan things rationally). Eritrea is a 0000 growth rate nation because its leaders lack the rudiment of thinking and planning abilities. Eritrea is the #1 mismanaged nation in the world because its leaders have the lowest cognitive ability (least developed prefrontal brain). Eritrea is a fear and anxiety driven nation whose sole purpose is to exist and no more. So who is really going through terminal psychological crises? Let others judge.
