TPLF has not returned looted Ethiopian wealth held in EFFORT

Abiy Ahmed is a coward. He did only half the job in defeating tplf. Without bankrupting it, without returning the wealth it looted from Ethiopia, tplf will have the finance to violate to recruit more soldiers and rearm them to boost its strength to enable it to violate the Ethiopian constitution.
